Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Delivery

All clothing is designed to order, and we aim to ship within seven (7) working days of you placing your order. We will contact you directly if your order is not currently in stock or you need additional information. Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, there may be longer waiting times during peak periods, e.g. Religious Holidays.

Delivery will be between 8 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday, via Royal Mail. We do not offer weekend delivery.

All UK orders shipped with Royal Mail will incur a standard delivery of £4. This charge is payable by the customer and will is added at checkout.

Free shipping to the UK for all orders over £100

All international delivery will cost £15.

Return & Exchanges

You can return or exchange almost anything you buy from us online or over the phone. Just let us know within 14 days from the day we deliver your product. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. 

The above does not apply to Bespoke Items.

Bespoke Items:

Be sure your size and personalisation are correct, as our clothing is made to order, and we dont accept change of mind returns.

Please inspect your items order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately.

If your item is faulty, we have a 28-day exchange policy, which means you have twenty-eight days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at JTMotiv@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note:  

We do not offer a free returns service. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We recommend a traceable returns service, e.g. Royal Mail Track and Trace. It is essential to keep a record of your proof of postage if you need to contact us about your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

JT Motiv will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will is credited to your original payment method.  

Returned items go through an inspection process before a refund is approved. If your returned item doesn't meet the criteria, we will contact you directly to discuss your options. If you purchase from JT Motiv, you agree to our terms and conditions. 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
